Delivery dates and times:
Delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 15:00 pm for Attica, Evia, Viotia, Fthiotida, Fokida, Corinth. For the rest of Greece, the delivery times of the respective Transport Company are valid.
Receipt - Delivery of Products:<\/strong>
Place your order and We sends your order, either by privately owned vehicles or through the cooperating transport company.
Deliveries with privately owned vehicles are made within 5 working days and are possible only for the prefectures

\u2022 Fthiotida
\u2022 Attica
Deliveries by transport are made within 5-8 working days for the prefectures
\u2022 Attica
\u2022 Thessaloniki
and within 5-8 working days for the rest of Greece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Note
For orders of Tiles and Sanitary Ware, the unloading of the goods is always done on the sidewalk.
Deliveries on the first floor or basement are not made.
There must be cement or asphalt at the unloading point and the road must be at least 3.5 meters wide.
The carrier has the right to refuse to deliver in cases such as:
\u2022 Dirt road
\u2022 Sloping slope on the road
\u2022 Wet spots with mud
etc. In this case a different delivery point should be defined.
The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport times.
In case one of the products is received broken during the delivery of the order, the company must be informed in writing via email, accompanied by photos, within 48 hours. After 48 hours the company will not accept that a product was received broken.
The company is obliged in a short time to replace this type with a new one. In case of unconditional receipt of the item, it is considered that it was delivered in excellent external condition without aesthetic defects.
